Old Navy’s #50Styles50States

Monday, September 5, 2016

Known to many as the Motor City, but to me its a place I call home. Like the song goes hardly home, but always reppin', I am indeed a proud Detroiter. Wherever you go in the city its full of history and depth. Although Detroit has that classic feel its still so forward thinking. My city has definitely influenced my style, we are able to take whatever we are given and make it a masterpiece. I always find myself wearing timeless pieces but adding that Detroit edge to anything I wear. And Old Navy is the perfect store for doing just that, they are full of a variety of timeless pieces, and such a variety that you can purchase items from Old Navy and truly create a style of your own. From all the denim selections to the amazing jewelry. This look definitely represents my Detroit style, a dark rinse denim flare jean ...

My First Trip To Paris

Saturday, July 30, 2016

Where do I start. How do I began. This place ahhhh no words!!! Seriously, I never knew I could fall in love with a city. Everything about it is so rich and decadent, and sooooo much history behind everything. I was so inspired by so much I saw; the people, the buildings, even the food. There's a certain authenticity about Paris that I loved. Everything seem to be in its natural state untouched and unbothered. I loved that, it made me rethink a lot that I do in my life now. We can be influenced by so much in the world but it's important to keep our authenticity. Look #1: Asos - Fuchsia Midi Swing Dress (similar) Look #2: Storets - Jordyn Ruched Wrap Blouse (similar) Look #3: Storets - Detachable Tie Bloom Blouse (similar) Look #4: Armani Exchange - Denim Dress & Dress Shorts (similar) Look ...

Last Angel On Earth – Halloween 2015

Friday, November 27, 2015

I went back and forth about posting these pics. I did this shoot strictly for me, no companies, no sponsorships, no commission, just me doing something fun! The photos turned out even more amazing then I imagined, thanks to my awesome photographer and life-saving assistant. I had an image in my head and it was to be sexy but still tasteful. I am a very confident person and I think at my age I have accepted a lot of my flaws and have learned to love them and myself. Body image is such a stigma in our society for that reason I decided to go ahead and put the pics on my blog. Not to show my itty bitty booty lol but to show women how to be confident and sexy. I hope I was able to execute that balance of showing my femininity and sex appeal in an artistic ...

Life in Beverly Heels Approved: Next Radio App Review

Tuesday, October 20, 2015

Hello all, I wanted to quickly share this amazing app I recently found. If your anything like me music is a huge part of your life and daily routine. I’m actually one of those weird people who prefers to ride in car with no music but once I get home I can’t turn music off. To me driving is calming and the perfect time to think. However, at home music seems to help me brainstorm, wine down, turn up lol, etc. Luckily I discovered this awesome app called Newt Radio App. This app literally has any FM station you can think of. You can listen to any station absolutely free. It’s easy to use and hard to put down. What's even more awesome about this app as compared to others it doesn't use as much data or battery, its really a win win. So do yourself a favor and download ...

Monday, September 21, 2015

Its that time of year again, New York Fashion Week!!!!!!! A place where the bloggers rule, fashion enthusiast gush, and photographers flood the streets of NY. I absolutely love this time of year whether I attend or not fashion week makes the world stand still and pay attention to a world of brands, style, and fashion. I was lucky enough to attend several shows again this year. I definitely have my favorites but I always enjoy them all. Cannot wait for next season stay tuned!!! DAY #1: BCBG Max Azria, Erin Fetherston, Desigual First day I flaunted a leather tuxedo styled BCBG wrap dress that I absolutely loved. It is super comfy and flattering everywhere it needs to be. Being sleeveless I got just enough coverage for the muggy New York weather. I paired it with my all times favs, my tribal Jimmy Choo sandals and I wore my feathers with it to ...
