Caught Up In Cozy

IMG_1409 With winter creeping up I've been taking advantage of these last warm fall days to show off my stems lol. As you can see I'm definitely not a tights kind of girl, bare legs all year around for me. A couple of tricks I use to stay stylish and warm is simply layering. Believe it or not I put long johns on under everything lol. I am that one friend you have that's always cold no matter the temperature. So when I decide to bare skin you better believe where I am clothed, it's in layers. Sweaters are for obvious reasons, a go to for cold weather style, however adding a hood and a longer lift you can really style up a fashion classic. This cute and comfy knit sweater is from HM, I paired it with the most comfortable high heels I own, my Charlotte Olympia booties. The last detail came from my pretty and petite Prada mini bag which added some gold metallic flare. IMG_1459 This hooded knit sweater was a major steal, being able to wear it as a dress and a sweater was a bonus I could not pass up. Not to mention it was only $39, we should all take a moment of silence and thank H&M for bringing the world designer style on a budget lol. The knit fabric is very soft and forgiving I love that this isn't a tight sweater; I thinks that's what helps with the versatility of the piece. Let's not forget the hood, it really does make the sweater that much better. bootie To all my bootie lovers out there I am screaming to you that you must own a pair Charlotte Olympia's booties, by far the most comfortable shoes I own. Charlotte Olympia in my opinion has comparable pricing so I think when you do make that one splurge purchase a month this is something you want to invest in. In addition to the comfort of the boot the style is timeless, not to mention the beautiful signature gold platform. IMG_1451 This little beauty is one of my recent purchases. Lately, I've been out of a big and heavy handbag mood. Minis are the way to go and are on trend, I had to have it when i saw it. I had been going back and forth with other designers style but it was the metallic gold color Prada offered that won me over. This itty bitty thing can barely hold my wallet and phone but I still love it just the same lol.
