Fitting In Fitness

IMG_4143 Ok so the holidays are just about over as far as the summer goes, and I know I've personally smothered everything from chicken to shrimp in some type of barbecue sauce lol. What can I say I love food and I don't think I am alone. I know there are several solutions, remedies, etc. to lose weight or stay healthy but at the end of the day I feel like we have an even harder time figuring out what route to take for fitness before we to even get stated. Needless to say it can be very intimidating. Some do yoga, some lift weighs, then others leave it to cardio. My issue is scheduling time for fitness, in my case I'll make time to buy cute gym clothes but don't make time to get in the gym and wear them. However, there is hope for me after all, its so simple, so convenient, and it's free; so what is it??? Running, that's right a concept that is so easy it gets overlooked. I'm no expert in fitness lets be clear, but I can give my testimony. Running has worked wonders for me, no gym, weighs, or personal trainer, just running twice a week for about 30 minutes. I haven't gotten technical enough yet lol to figure out how many miles I've ran or how much fat I've burned, but I can tell you I am definitely toned, my muscles are stronger, and I have much more energy in the week.
